We will be discussing Opening the Hand of Thought: Foundations of Zen Buddhist Practice by Kosho Uchiyama Roshi.

We begin with Zazen at 6:00 p.m., followed by discussion at 6:40 p.m., both on Zoom.

Overview

We offer two online Dharma Discussions per month with readings from classical and contemporary Buddhist literature and conversation facilitated by an instructor.

Dharma Discussion is held on the first and third Thursday each month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
