We welcome everyone at every service. We will provide meditation instructions at the beginning of each service, and an attendant will provide guidance for the simple rituals involved in a Zen service.
However, if you would like a little more information and guidance, the introductory services may be better for you. During them we offer a short introduction to Zen history and philosophy and more in-depth explanation of meaning of Zen Meditation.
